Refund Policy

1. Service Deposits

Project deposits are used to reserve team capacity and begin discovery. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation by Client

If you cancel a project before work begins, your deposit will be refunded in full. After work has started, refunds are calculated based on completed milestones and time already spent.

3. Cancellation by Synthesal LTD

We reserve the right to cancel a project if requirements change materially, payments are delayed, or cooperation is not provided. In such cases, you will receive any deliverables completed up to the cancellation date.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with any deliverable, contact us within 14 days. We will work with you in good faith to revise or address concerns before any refund is considered.
